Childhood friends Lucian and Sloane hate each other. They have for years. But with their friend group all coupled up, they have to make nice for the sake of everyone else. 

Making nice eventually turns to more. But Lucian has enemies he isn’t willing to let Sloane catch the attention of. After pushing her away when she gets too close, she is unwilling to give him the time of day. And Lucian won’t stand for it.

Okay, that makes it sound like it’s a sweet little romance. 

Spoiler alert: It’s not.

It is enemies to lovers, hot and heavy, and sinfully glorious. 

Lucian is a real turd in the beginning but we love him anyways! And he evolves very naturally throughout the whole book. Sloane is a librarian but like a badass librarian. I love her so much - she’s funny, witty, and takes no crap. And their chemistry was so swoony!

The beginning was a little slow. There was lots of hate between the two of them. The beginning covers a lot of side stories, but once they get their crap together, it gets sooooooo good.

It’s definitely the spiciest one of the series. Their relationship gives me all the tummy flutters! And it was even funny. It had me laughing throughout the whole book. 

That was a really good end to the series. All the drama from the three books concludes beautifully. Lucian and Sloane were hands down my favorite couple and this book was the best in the series.
