TheStory

Younger sister to four overbearing brothers, Izzy Gallo is a fiery, stubborn woman. Against the wishes of said four older brothers, she goes to a biker weekend in Daytona with a group of her friends. Here she runs into the equally stubborn and fiery DEA agent, James.

After James saves her from a bad situation, a slow burn, enemies to lovers relationship ensues. While Izzy is the queen of hitting it and quitting it, James is determined to make her submit to him.

Before actually starting this book, I had zero expectations for Izzy. I didn’t even like her in the last two books. She just gave off “I’m so tough” and “I’m so cool” energy. After starting this book… I started to like her. She has more depth and personality than the last books gave her credit for.

And James?! *Phewf!* We love an alpha male - especially one that can hold his own against four older brothers.

Bliss’ writing in this book leaped by miiiiiiles. It’s so much better than the other two books preceding this one. Now, I liked the other ones, but this one outshined them. It gripped my attention right from the very beginning.

I could be biased because I’m a total whore for enemies to lovers but this one was fantastic. Both the storyline and the energy from the MCs were fire.

P.S. Chelle Bliss is a MONSTER for ending this book on a cliffhanger. I swear to Lucifer, the next one better address this immediately.
