TheStory
Now that the Gallo siblings are all paired off with their partners, the past comes back to haunt. An old enemy from Thomas’ days as an undercover DEA agent has come back for revenge and he is determined to get it on the Gallo family.
Told from the perspective of City and Suzy from Throttle Me (Men of Inked #1), the men of the family work to protect their families and move on from the past. No matter the cost to themselves.
TheReview
Two words… Emotional. Rollercoaster. What a wild ride this book was.
Disclaimer - all the parenting stuff is boring. Why am I reading about motorcycles riders, tattoo artists, and world altering love? I’ll tell you now, it’s not for the babies running around or the everyday struggles of parents of said babies. I can find married people with babies all over in the real world. Give me the good stuff in my fiction world!
Poor Suzy in the beginning! That was sad but it quickly moves on to more interesting fare. Once the men find out about the threat, it gets. So. good.
Drama drama drama.
At one point, I actually cried. Real tears. Then I dropped my Kindle. The second half was just such a crazy ride.
Surprisingly, this book was one of the better books of the series. Potentially, it may have been my favorite. Because all the main characters are in play and the whole storyline and writing just worked. It’s a fantastic read.
